Finally, we provide prospective tenants with rental applications that are legally compliant with fair housing laws and collect these applications.
Tenant Screening and Selection
We assist you in optimizing the revenue from a genuine, bonafide and trusted tenant vetted through our resources as well as through local police. Additionally, we perform background checks to verify identity, income, credit history, rental history, etc. We evaluate potential tenants according to pre-defined tenant criteria and inform those who were turned down.
Rent Collection
We facilitate the collection of rent and security deposit from the tenant. In cases of defaults, we send out pay or quit notices to the tenant in default and enforce penalties and late fees.
